ALL SOULS FAMILY FESTIVAL REPORT SUNDAY JUNE 7, 2009

We would like to give a special “Thank You” to everyone that participated and worked so hard to make this festival a success. The Parish Ministries all came together as a community in order to put together a wonderful variety of foods, our school parents were very creative and put together some enjoyable games for our children to enjoy. The children had fun putting their math skills to work to redeem their tickets for prizes. The festival was well attended and everyone had a terrific time. Great Job Everyone! The proceeds from this festival were originally designated to go towards the renovation of our Hall Restrooms. However, we will be using these funds to begin the New Church Heating & Air Conditioning project until we can raise all of the funds through the second (2nd) Collection. Please be sure to attend the next Parish Ministry Planning Meeting on Thursday, June 25 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. $20,513.00 <= Total Income $ 5,345.48 <= Expenses $15,167.52 <= Net Profit
